As Sesino SpA is aware of the difficulty in satisfying all these requests, above all for a medium-little-sized company, it has accepted F.lli Tognella’s offer to buy some shares.
Since October 2000 Sesino SpA has belonged to the group F.lli Tognella SpA which also includes Special Service Seprio and TecnoVi.
Through this transaction Sesino SpA has still its autonomy, but at the same time it also has new advantages, e.g. new co-operations and sinergies, mutual financial helps and reduction in costs. The members of the group can offer their customers the so called “global service”, this means a big opportunity to be chosen by the customer.
